Below are some of are common questions:

Canadian orders ship from Brampton, Ontario and US orders ship from Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Once orders have shipped, transit should be maximum 5 business days, however we are at the mercy of the shipping providers (Canada Post, USPS, FedEx). If you track your shipment and see unusual delays, please reach out to us. You can also follow your tracking number link and reach out to the shipping provider (we are as blind as you are and will be doing this if you haven't already).
